1. Nature of Services
Mangalasutra Matrimony provides online matrimonial and matchmaking services, including profile creation, partner search, and communication features. These are digital, non-tangible services, and once accessed, they are considered consumed.
2. No Refund Policy
- All payments made towards membership plans, profile upgrades, or premium services are non-refundable.
- Once a paid service is activated or accessed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Exceptions for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged more than once for the same service due to a system error.
- Payment Deducted but Service Not Activated: If payment is successful but the service is not reflected in the user account.
- Verified Technical Errors: Any issue from our system that prevents the user from accessing paid services.
👉 Refund requests must be raised within 3–5 working days from the date of transaction.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted.
5. No Guarantee of Matchmaking
- Mangalasutra Matrimony does not guarantee successful matches or marriage outcomes.
- Refunds will not be provided based on:
- No suitable matches found
- Lack of response from other users
- Personal dissatisfaction with services
6. Account Suspension or Termination
- If a user violates our platform policies (including fake profiles, misuse, or inappropriate behavior), the account may be suspended or terminated without any refund.
